I could understand a ban during the summer when park attendance is high, or when a particular event is going on, but in the winter a ban seems silly.

Why not welcome responsible dog owners and their canine companions enjoy each other's company?

Just to confirm--Silly meant that allowing dogs in a PARK is rediculous

Recently purchased a home on Allen Street and hope to move up soon. I have a minilonghaired dachshund named Flo and would love to walk her in the park.

It is the epitomy of hypocrisy to fund a park that restricts who we bring to it.

Dogs are as much a part of our community as the people, and should have the same right to well-behaved enjoyment of public spaces as we do.

i would urge the common council of hudson to respect the dog owners of hudson to obey all the rules and regulations required to allow their use of the park space for their beloved pets. to assume otherwise is insulting and will only lead to more distress and defecation all over our fair city, please do the right thing for a change.
