Beginning April 23, 2012, Verizon is implementing a $30 charge for new and current customers to upgrade your phone. This "perk" has been available to customers for as long as I have been with Verizon at no cost. I am starting this petition to show Verizon what their customers think of this decision. Please sign this petition if you are opposed to this decision on Verizon's part. I think they need to hear how their customers feel about the changes that are being made.
