SUMMARY: Repeals the local provision deeming it unlawful for establishments to serve alcoholic beverages within 600 feet of an existing public school or church. Allows establishments to offer sale of alcoholic beverages after obtaining the appropriate Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation/Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco license.
