This is a petition for current St. Thomas More Language College students who wish to repeal the change to the mobile phone policy to be put in place on Monday 3rd November 2025. The new policy includes the ban of smartphones in favour of ‘Brick’ phones. The policy brings dangers to child safety when offsite, primarily outside of school hours on the commute to and from the college as well as it putting financial pressure on parents to supply their child with a ‘Brick’ phone.
