Humans possess a certain set of natural rights; the right of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. However, the enforcement of these rights may become controversial when a topic such as physician-aided suicide is debated about. A terminally-ill patient should not be forced to bear the course of a terminal disease if he or shewishes not to. Terminally-ill patients should have the right to die in case he or she chooses to peacefully end his or her suffering.
