Not sure the Constitution even matters anymore. People should be absolutely ashamed if they think this is the correct path to take in the movement to decrease violence. This is one of the biggest cop out's in U.S. History. A very sad day.

We have the right as human beings to protect ourselves and the lives of those we love. Politicians think they can stop the violence when in reality it will continue, just by other means. Politicians need to stop pushing the constitution aside and remember what this country was built on and why the founding fathers put certain laws in place and that it was for a reason that stands true today!!!

Massachusetts should move to mirror what the current federal law allows and stop suppressing the second most important right we have.
