It’s time that the millions and millions of California citizens repeal prop 63 and every other anti gun law that not serve to safeguard the people from the government and from those who wish to harm the weak, timid, frail, elderly and lack the ability to protect themselves without equal tools to level the threat.

The ammo is part of the tool for defending yourself and this is a violation of our 2nd ammendment

Please repeal prop 63 so us LAW ABIDING citizens can purchase ammunition. A small minority of people, less than 1% of the state population decided for prop 63. Now us the majority must pay the price. Certainly not a democracy!

This liberal feel good law is actually a gun registry HIDING behind deceptive gun "safety" legislation - Again ANOTHER feel good law, the creation of jews like Dianne Fienstien working off the sympathies of the gullible bleeding hearts who with their immeasurable narcissistic arrogance always know what's best for the proper keeping and handling of foolish tax paying slaves. It IS Un-Constitutional - No gun registries are legal under the U.S. Constitution!

Liberal feel good laws that punish law abiding citizens must be unconstitutional and repealed!

Prop 63 only hurts law abiding citizens because we're the only ones who follow the law. Criminals can simply get ammunition across state lines.

WTF are you talking about? This is about the 2nd Amendment, not the 14th.

2nd Amendment shall not be infringed

The founding father made the second amendment to protect the first. Ben Franklin said it best “ when the 2nd amendment falls the first will follow.” King George the third was the reason our constitution reads the way it does. First he took away guns so people couldn’t fight back, then he took away freedom of the press, speech, and the freedom to assemble. Next he made it mandatory to house soldiers of the crown in peoples homes, feed and board for free while they spied on people who had done nothing wrong. California is making the first steps towards a regression of a similar state. By restricting guns and ammo you are making the government stronger as they will be the only ones left with them and with nobody to fight back they can take away any freedom they choose. Freedom isn’t free and I don’t care what som lawmaker said about the 2nd amendment, it is absolute but people must fight for it.

Taking away our law abiding rights, will not detour the criminals from obtaining what they're going to anyway,

The 2nd Amendment is not to be infringed. The magazine is part of the gun and so are the ammunition for it. Would the California Legislature state that a piston should be removed from an 8-cylinder truck in order to impede its performance and reduce pollution ? The California Government has zero right to impede the 2nd Amendment.

END this infringement once and for all.

Because criminals will never find a way to get their hands on ammo ... ashamed of California
