If you are a responsible owner with proper fences and training why can't you keep all your animals. If aperson can have 50 cats and not take care of them why can't a responsible owner have six dogs .

The law needs to be changed. These dogs are loved and looked after very well. They are not causing problems to anyone. There are to many animals out there that need homes. These dogs have a good home. Don't take that away from them.

I believe that if you are fully capable of taking care of animals, I believe that you should be allowed to do so. A heart is a big place and it sometimes can take on too much but if you know for sure that your home can harbor what your heart can, then you should be allowed to have such a warm and furry household.

I think if dogs are being cared for in a loving way (which I know is the case here) then she should be able to keep all 6 of them. They are family and they are on land that is definitely large enough to give them the room they need to have! And that these dogs are mostly dogs that have been rescued shows how much she loves them!

This family obviously cares for, and are responsible pet owners of these 6 dogs! Let them keep what they have, should be grandfathered in! This is unfair!

Responsible ownership should be encouraged not discouraged. Part of the inquiry should always be based on the care of the dogs in question- if they're not being neglected, denied healthcare, and are fixed- there should be no reason that a family cannot love more dogs if they're financially, physically and emotionally capable of caring for them.

If she is out in the country what does it matter. But most of all if the animals are looked after all the better

Perhaps the government (at whatever level, municipal, provincial) should spend more time and money dealing with the issue of people that abuse animals and overcrowded shelters rather than people (like Lynn) who actually care for their pets and have rescued some that would otherwise probably had a much less happy outcome.

Very well taken care of dogs. People should take lessons from them on how to care for animals.

The gov. Should be coming down on those who abuse and cause suffering to the pets in their home. This by-law should be changed & if someone is over instead there should be a charge to insure the livelihood of the people and their pets.
