I have long been against this bylaw. I think it is harmful to the animals and it doesn't deter hoarders which I think was the original purpose.

As long as there is space, food, water, and a loving, willing home and family the limit of dogs and other animals in a household should not be questioned.

Lynn should be allowed to keep her dogs. She's provides a safe and loving living environment. Asking someone to give up their dogs is like asking them to give up their family members.

this is very bias ---who decided only purebred dogs and for show or breeding----plus could she have bought licenses for even two dogs where she lives---I lived in Shaughnessy and no place to be legal and register your pets even if you only had the two allowed s0---if you can not do a register to be legal how can the county legally enforce numbers???

If the animals were being abused then yeah..BUT I know Doratty personally and those dogs are her kids. She loves everyone of then uncondionally... good grief I know people that should not even have any animals because of the way they treat them... there is no sure thing as a bad dog regardless of the breed.. it is how the owner looks after them and treats them. She treats them very good..full of love..so I say leave her alone!!!!!!
