this is an outdated bylaw, she is providing the best she can for these rescues, she has a heart of gold, to do what she does, for gods sake leave it be. She is not hurting anybody, except for the wholes that complained. Always has to be one out there.

These dog s have a good home . i dont understand the laws. there are so many animals with out a home that is messed up, i am rooting for you keep up the fight

There should be more people like this lady. As long as she is a responsible owner what does it matter how many dogs has. Hurray to her!!!!

Responsible pet owners should not be punished for caring for multiple pets. Council should enact laws promoting the type of care Lynn provides to her dogs.
