Repeal and replace Obamacare

the truly poor don't have the money to pay for Obamacare. $100 a month to them is 2 weeks of groceries. Yes, I am for a lot of the things in Obamacare. But the cost should be structured like Mass health were if you make at or near the poverty line you pay ZERO. Asking a person that has to choose between buying a pound of hamburger and a gallon of gas with a limited amount of money, and then pay for insurance is to much.
