I've never been to Nickelodeon studios in Florida because it closed 2 years before I was born. What was it like at Nickelodeon studios in Florida?

Nickelodeon Studios has been on my mind a lot lately (mainly from looking up old videos of the studio tour on YouTube). As they said in THE ORANGE YEARS documentary, the studio was used to help put Nickelodeon on the map. Since the current president (Brian Robbins) is someone who was involved with a couple of different shows (ALL THAT and KENAN & KEL) that were filmed down at Universal Studios Florida, why not put Nickelodeon back on the map by reviving their Orlando studio? After all, what else could possibly take over that building now that The Blue Man Group are finished there?
