The woman behind this petition does not know the family at all. She is maliciously trying to destroy one family for her own delusional satisfaction. BEFORE you choose to sign this petition, I urge you to request the facts of the case... not someone's opinion but rather real evidence. As far as the woman trying to get this petition signed, her character is reflected in her criminal rap sheet - leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended license, no auto insurance, failure to appear... Polk County Sheriff's Office can validate it all.

Read and heard everything of what? If you read the ME Report or even watched the Dr Phil Show and heard it read out loud then you would know there is zero basis to believe this was anything but suicide.

Why do you want to sign it? The Medical Examiner did a thorough job in assessing the cause of death and found zero evidence to support homicide. Had she been pushed she would have hit the side she had to jump in order to avoid hitting the sides on the way down. A petition is a silly way to try to get a ME to reconsider anyway.

On Dr Phil Ken Sedwick admitted he never saw the ME report and when he heard the report read ot him it was totally knew to him. That report may totally change his mind about wanting further investigation he was unaware how thorough they had looked into it already. If he still wantes it reopened after hearing that then what he needs to do is to hire experts to review the ME report and see if any of it is able to be challenged and if it can't be challenged then he has no basis upon which to request the investigation be reopened. Protesting and carrying on is not a legitimate basis upon which to get a case reopened, there needs to be a solid rationale.

A petition is not a legitimate way to get an investigation reopened. Nor is protesting and trying to bully authorities into doing so. Nor should rational people be supporting reopening the investigation unless they are aware of evidence that calls into question the findings of the medical examiner. Anyone who has evidence that calls the ME findings into question should contact the authorities with such information. Naturally no one has any such information thus can't go through proper channels and are simply irrationally demanding the case be reopened because they want it to be reopened not because there is actually any legitimate reason for it to be reopened. How absurd.

To seek a full and fair assessment of what transpired is noble. To go about it the way you have is diminishing to the child's memory and is poisoning your cause to re-open the investigation.
You must be cautious about HOW you proceed as you are now on notice that your conduct can and quite possibly will have legal ramifications.
Let's be clear:
Slander is defined:
defamation; calumny: rumors full of slander.
a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report: a slander against his good name.
Law. defamation by oral utterance rather than by writing, pictures, etc.
Espousing as you have without the Benefit of FACT, posting as fact derived from your gut feelings, and/or speaking about half truths and innuendo is slander.
Libel is defined as follows:
defamation by written or printed words, pictures, or in any form other than by spoken words or gestures.
the act or crime of publishing it.
a formal written declaration or statement, as one containing the allegations of a plaintiff or the grounds of a charge.
anything that is defamatory or that maliciously or damagingly misrepresents.
Again, treading on thin ice legally.
I'm one I those people who reserve judgment until I have all the facts and certainly won't campaign on something about which I lack all the facts. If your sincere desire is to seek the TRUTH, your mission would be better served by not maligning an entire family absent cause.

It's odd that people are so hell bent on persecuting the woman trying to reopen the case and accusing her of bullying. But the actual girls that bullied Rebecca with REAL torment are off the hook. The mother should be old enough to handle someone posting their beliefs online. That is not bullying. And adults know anyway that the response to online bullying is to ignore it. If someone threatens your life, that is a different story. It doesn't add up for me either. Maybe there was no fowl play but what is the harm in reopening the case if there is some evidence or reason that could set the story straight? Only someone with something to lose would object to that.

The person behind this petition, Rebecca Ann, clearly has mental health issues. The woman is a deranged, delusional, sick woman. This little girl's death was investigated by law enforcement and the medical examiner ruled the death a suicide. This sick woman has no evidence of anything, just her 'feelings' and her 'vision'. Really? I think this Rebecca Ann should be charged with cyberbullying herself along with defamation of character, slander and harassment. She should be held accountable for the agony she is afflicting on this grieving family.

I just watched the Doctor Phil Show. There's something wrong with the mother and daughter. Their body language and facial expressions don't show any concern for Rebecca only for how they were being bullied by the lady who wants to re open the case. I think it should be. Something is not right here. I've been there done that so I know what will happen on judgment day. When they play the tape of your life you just watch. You can't edit out or delete anything. All is recorded. Hopefully the angels were with her to comfort her and get her to heaven so she didn't have too much pain.

You are a cyberstalker. Nobody in this family wants your involvement. They have retained Morgan& Morgan to represent them in reopening the investigation. To suggest Tricia is trying stop the reopening is a flat out lie and proof you are a delusional cyberstalker. Your drama is hindering their ability to get the needed answers they seek and you have been repeatedly told by all family member to cease and desist. You now have been given a formal letter by their attorney

Not true. TRICIA NORMAN Is Rebecca's mother yes. She sent me a cease and desist letter, yes. She has lawsuits in the works and the reopening of Rebecca's case will hinder those. Rebecca's dad, however, does not. Ken Sedwick wants his daughters case reopened and he is no less Rebecca's parent than Tricia is. I am in contact with him and he has NEVER ASKED ME OR TOLD ME NO TO HELP. DISREGARD HER POST AS SHE IS TRYING TO KEEP REBECCA'S CASE FROM BEING REOPENED AT ALL COST. AND MR SMOWDEN IS A FAKE PROFILE THAT IS DEAD SET ON DISCREDITING ME SO NO ONE WILL SUPPORT THIS. WE DO NOT KNOW WHO THIS PERSON REALLY IS. Ken Sedwick does not support Rebecca Talley or her theories and neither do I.
