I moved from Scottsdale Az with my 1yr old daughter with a man Mike to Pasco county FL...After tradgically loosing my daughters dad i ran into the 1st arms opened to me!!! I am guilty of moving out of a state i owned a home to take off to a state I would only know the Man i barely knew when i left AZ with him..He and I had a beautiful baby boy a few months after our move..When our son was about 3 months old Mike became very controlling and violent toward me..I was looking to leave him but since he signed the birthcertificate which made it so much harder to go back to AZ where i had a large support system..On Nov 4 2009 I couldnt take the abuse from Mike and noticed a change in my children so i called police and he got arrested on domestic battery charges..I immediatly went down to court house as police advised me to get a nocontact order against Mike so he was no longer aloud near my children and I..At the court house Mike was calling everyone threatening to kill my 2 children and I and security came down and took my 2 children telling me they'll be safe from Mike untill i relocate next day..The next day i saw my children but family Judge Webb gave me a caseplan to complete before relocating with my children..It consisted of a parenting class and domestic violance group..I did both within 2 months and then Mike continued stalking me calling court, appear by phone when i had court and after him making all these ongoing threats Judge Webb asked me how i will keep my children safe from Mike, i said relocate, police came to court with me after issuing a felony stalking charge against mike and confirned this with judge, Mike was looking at no less than 4 yrs in prison once found, so, i waited untill Mike was found and placed in jail and Judge Webb had put my case on hold for a full yr and then he forgot about my children and i and got my case confused with someone elses and told me he is beginning TPR and when i asked why, he said if i speak again outloud he will arrest me for contempt of court..Next thing i knew i was in trial not understanding what the real reason behind his choice was...My trial lasted a few weeks and everyone testified on my behalf including police who have been to my home and never needed further action needed for my children, every person in that courtroom was asking why tpr, Webb said this case has exeeded a yr but Webb put this case on hold a yr until Mike got sentenced and everyone in courtroom including me had that peice of paper that Webb signed but he still chose to adopt my children out apart from one another without a reason or explantation...I called so many attorneys in FL and other states too and they all said in order to terminate a persons parental rights against there will, by law, the Judge needs to have reason and explanation and proof of accusation...So i only had 1 chance to appeal, same proffessionals at trial went to my appeal and higher judge wrote i lost my appeal due to no reason or explanation given so higher judge did not know the reasons for lower courts choice so i lost appeal on no grounds...My advicate got involved with officers involved in My case against Mike and promised me they'd investigate the Judge Webb and Eckords who never assigned me a caseworker, and however long it takes continue to investigate...Now almost 1 yr after my parental rights were terminated they found Judge Webb working close with eckords selling adoptable children and i witnesses at least 15 cases just like mine who lost there parental rights too with no explanation or reasoning, while the non adoptable children who came from neglected homes went home.....I never once witnessed a black child being in tpr, only white..and between age 1 month up to no older than 5 yrs of age....So Webb makes big money selling adoptable babies....Please sign my petition so if we all who have lost our children due to Judge Webbs wallet, maybe with enough support and signatures we all could reopen our cases and get our beautiful children waiting for all of us moms and dads to pick them up and bring our children home where they belong, with there loving parents!!!!TY for signing and support
