I would like to see all of the evidence from the case to be examined. As a whole, I do not see how the evidence adds up to anything other than murder. Dead men don't pull triggers.

I think this case should have been investigated properly to begin with. Not by Courtney Love's friends. Just because he used drugs doesn't mean there is no investigation!

I believe the Kurt cobain case was terribly reviewed by the seatless police department. It's known that the case wasn't dealt with properly. Although it is a bit late, considering Kurt's body was cremated days later, the gun was molted down, by Courtney, I still feel there's evidence that proves Kurt death wasn't suicidal.
