It is time to STOP this nonsense. The extraordinary lengths that CAOX2020 and ATCF is going through to hoodwink the public is appalling.

Listen to the people. They have presented facts and figures garnered through intelligent search and study, with energy and passion for the common good of many, not the common dollars of a few. Stop CapX2020.

We need to look at all of the other options before proceeding with this costly transmission line project.

It seems to me that electricity usage is not going up. Correct? In any case, we really don't want or need this. It would be so much cheaper not to do it.

Given lack of need the PSC should reopen docket for review.

Some transmission lines have a reputation of coming in with a low bid, an at least 15 year trend and then after the fact come back and say we need 3 or 4 million more. It cost more than we thought.

I don't want to be forced to pay for lines that are not needed, not wanted, & destructive to wildlife & human habitat.

These high voltage transmission lines represent 20th Century technology when we should be investing in 21st Century solutions.

Absolute Truths: These lines are not needed, and would be economically and environmentally disastrous.

The CAPX2020 line docket should be reopened to consider the new information about lower electrical use and need that is expected in the future. Since in the initial decision to allow the line used old information to permit the line, it is imperative that the PSC use the new data to reconsider the need and necessity to contruct the line becasue lower electrical use is now expected in Wisconsin and in the rest of the United States. This new information must be considered in the decision to construct the CAPX2020 line.

CapX is nothing but an extension cord bringing coal power from No. Dakota across MN & WI on to larger cities to the east where electricity can be sold at higher prices for greater unility profits and we pay for it all.
