A growing number of tenants are unhappy with the current restrictions. Many people live in a highrise not just for the apartment but for the amenities. As many other apartment buildings reopen their amenities we believe that park 12 should make good on their promises and push back against government overreach.

With the current state of neverending lockdowns we believe that it is up to each resident to judge for themselves the risks involved in using the various amenities and that residents can make decisions for themselves. We request a full reopening of all amenities provided pre covid... Including but not limited to
