As I have graduated from a 1 year program in medical assisting the sanitation, disinfection and client (patient) guidelines are just as stringent in the cosmetology field. We ARE safe.

We are going to close soon if we don’t have $ to pay bills. It’s so sad after 12 years in business and pay taxes and payroll taxes. We have no support from the government.

Board of Barbering and Cosmetology Licensees SHOULD NOT be pigeonholed in the cohort of bars and family fun centers. Our customer interaction and experience are not the same at all.
We have spent thousands of dollars bringing our licensed establishments up to state, BBC and local requirements for operating safely....all to be opened a few short weeks, shut down and relegated to working outside which is unsafe for our clients and the licensees.
Please allow us to return to our safe, Covid-19 Guidance compliant indoor establishments.
