My family has loved this campground for decades. My husband camped there as a kid. It was perfect as far as amenities and just enough solitude.

We've been staying at Rushing Creek since the late 1980s. It is a wonderful campground, with a secluded feel and a wonderful view of Kentucky Lake. Please reopen it!

My family's favorite campground at LBL. In fact, I'd love to see the entire facility (the 1970s family campground footprint) reopened. But, please, at least reopen the reduced area that was available when the campground was closed. It's too nice a facility to lose.

Grew up camping here, it was organized, clean, and a wonderful place for family camping! If it can be reopened by all means please do so! It's a fantastic campground!!

My boyfriend and I just traveled to rushing creek. He camped there with his family as a boy and wanted to go back. We planned for weeks and were so disappointed upon our arrival to see it closed. Yep we went there anyway around the barricaded road just to see it. What a treasure it is! Please reopen it. It's a beautiful place.

This was the first place I took all of my boys camping. I hate to think of it closed. It was always a pleasant place to be even in the heat of summer. Please reopen it!!!
