I have had the issue that people believe I want to be able to drive in the woods, and into areas designated closed to motor vehicles, which I do not. These are "open to public travel roads" that they just began to gate and close on January 10th, 3 years ago. They do not reopen until September (around the 20th one week before archery).

I feel roads should stay open cause I have a back injurie and its hard for me too walk far distances

They should never b closed I pay for them to b used year round with my hunting license n taxes I pay buying ammo and gun's

I believe they should open all year round. And more should be done for handicap hunters also. I hunt game lands but can't walk very far so I never see very much wildlife I would like to go further in to the woods but hard to do so with a bad back.

If gameland roads were open to hunters, I feel more hunters will have significantly more interest in hunting. It will allow the less fit/some disabled men and women to access easier and better hunting grounds!!

The ATV registration and titling fees are NOT user fees for the privilege of using trails on state-owned land. The fees provide funding to administer the program, maintain trails on DCNR-managed forests and provide grants to profit and non-profit organizations for developing additional riding opportunities. I can pay for the upkeep but not the access and there was no choice of paying for the plates.

This would be a great opportunity especially for our disabled hunters to get out and do some pretty season scouting.

Open the access roads for hunters year round!!!!

Open them up. As I get older it's getting harder to drag a deer/bear out of the woods.

These lands are bought and paid for by PA licensed hunters, yet we are unable to use them during Feb, thru Sept. Snowmobiles and horses who may not pay for these lands have year round access. This should change.
