Some of my family live on Garland Mt. Trail. Not having access to a Fire Dept. close to you is not right also in case of a disaster you need as many evacuation roads as you can have.

This road is vital to the rural community and their safety. Access to the community for fire, safety and faster emergency access is crucial and truly saddened to see the governing body not supporting this.
