Demand Answers for Reoccurring Power Outages in Tri-Valley (Dublin/Livermore) – October 2024

This is unbelievable and even the Yosemite area where fire dangers are high still had power. The explanation doesn't make any sense. And those should be PSPO with advanced notice.

How many more and why?

This is the 5th power outage since October 12, 2024! This is getting ridiculous. Pg&E always says the same thing when I call, “it may be a branch that has hit a power line.” It’s in the same exact area and same amount of customers being affected every time!!

Please help and make no power cuts

PG&E has to explain why we are having so many unplanned outages. This affects sick elderly residents which is not fair. Looks like PG&E is going backwards and that makes it look like we are in a third world country.

Power Outage: Too many times as we cannot rely on it anymore. I am afraid of keeping important conference call while at home as I am not sure if the power will be there or not during the meeting time.

Please explain the reason for power cuts and how you are going fix and when is the ETA

We had 4 power outages in 10 days. Needless to say how much hassle we go through.

I completely agree with this petition. Transparency is required and potential credits for the downtime and impact due to multiple unplanned outages.

It’s not acceptable for frequent power disruption

4 PGE outages, each lasting 4+ hours in one week is pointing to a fundamental flaw in PGE systems. Outages are negatively impacting productivity and life style.

PG & E should stop these unplanned repeat outages asap

Too many outages and only in certain area of Dublin. We need more info and avoid such outages as its affecting a lot.

security system will not work because there is no power. I had to throw throw all the milk and refrigerated items. We cannot work from home because there is no internet during power outages. This is affecting our day to day lives.

It’s not normal at all and needs correction asap.

I’ve lived in East Dublin for many years and have never seen so many power outages as in the last week and a half (4). There has been no communication from PGE. We have to throw away many items in the refrigerator from the outages and would like them to be replaced. These outages have been very stressful especially not knowing why they keep happening. Shame on you PG&E
