We are against this addition for the safety of our neighborhood

leave Peerless alone! I have two babies and traffic is already concerning!

There's no sidewalk on peerless or the sidestreets and we are village. This would be unfortunate for my kids and the kids in the neighborhood. And the poor birds across the street will be the ones that are affected by all this new build the most.

Change the location of the enterences

Our neighborhood already has so much dangerous drive through traffic. As a mom with two littles that live in this neighborhood, it frightens me as to how much extra traffic this will bring down my street.

This proposal is bad for your subdivision! They probably won't approve the entrance on Renwick because it's too close to the intersection and with the entrance on Peerless, you're bound to get tons of traffic cutting thru to avoid Renwick and get to Route 30 quicker with no regard for your children or families. Entrances and exits should not be in a neighborhood. Families and children need their streets to be safe.

Look, we have enough traffic cutting through on Lily Cache and on Feeney. The soeeds that people travel through our neighborhood is excessive, this has been documented by both the village and the township. On Feeney...through the MIDDLE of the neighborhood the speed limit is 35, and Renwick is 30. I question that as it is. The safety of the many young families that have moved in the neighborhoods safety. In the past year alone eight elementary age and younger children have moved in on Peerless alone. Their safety should have precedence over what a developer may want to do.

I am concerned of the traffic and safety of my family and friends. We have elderly neighbors walking and young kids playing. This is not a business thoroughfare, it's where people live and play.

Please NO! I walk on my street every day and we need to keep it safe and eliminating entrances on the corner could help limit the traffic on my street

This concerns me very much, as I live on Peerless. There are school bus routes and children who play on this street and the adjoining side streets. In addition to our walking across the streets for mail. Additional traffic on Peerless is a great concern for myself and all neighbors and their families.

Stop. Please no entrance from peerless drive.

I feel like this project will interfere with the wildlife in rendwick lake preserve. And cause some stress on the wild life. I say zone that property for residential.

Keep the traffic low to keep the kids safe

We have a quiet neighborhood, safe for kids. That light already had to many accidents

Im against this theres to much traffic now. And to many small children and school kids. Not for our subdivision!

This is a neighborhood that dies not need an increase in traffic along Peerless. Keep the entrances on the main roads!

There will be too much traffic in the neighborhood

This is a residential area. Lots of children, school busses, etc. Peerless should NOT have a business entrance.
