We don't need that kind of traffic going thru peerless estates.Its illegal to make a left hand turn onto Renwick rd.from peerless rd. or from the driveways shown on the plot.That routes all the traffic down to Howard rd and through the Peerless Estates subdivision. The roads are narrow with no side walks .Making a right hand turn from Peerless Dr onto Renwiick Rd. is very hard now because traffic backs up at the light at Rt.30 and Renwick .Totally against this development.

Peerless subdivision was a quiet, single family area with little traffic. Since Feeney was opened we have lots of cars cutting through. We do not need more traffic coming down Peerless.

Right now it is hard to get on Renwick from Pearless because of the traffic on Renwick backed up from the light. People exiting will probably go down Lynn St to Howard to Renwick which is a problem at that intersection also!

Stop the entrance on Peerless Street. We do not want additional traffic going through our neighborhood. We oppose any development on that corner, traffic is already congested.

I am opposed to an entrance off of Peerless as it is a residential area with no sidewalks. Renwick Rd at Peerless is already a traffic jam with the east/west traffic on Renwick and Peerless only a few feet from the stoplight at Rt 30 and Renwick.

There needs to be a 8-10 ft brick privacy wall separating the retail from the homes in the subdivision. This would maintain privacy, security, reduce noise and help control rodents/animals feeding in n there dumpsters.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO HAVE TRAFFIC FROM THIS RESTURANT SPILL INTO THIS QUIET SIDE STREET WHERE CHILDREN PLAY! I AM ON THE CORNOR OF PEERLESS AND FEENEY DR WHICH HAS BECOME A DRAG STRIP! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE IT WORSE THAN IT ALREADY IS!

Peerless Drive is a neighborhood street that is not designed for commercial traffic. Having entrances for this retail development on Peerless will drive more traffic onto the narrow streets of Peerless subdivision. The property values of the homes near the development will drop due to the congestion created by the entrances and the unsafe conditions for the families living near the increased road traffic.

I strongly oppose plans to have any retail business turn on to S. Peerless Drive. We have children and many people who walk on this street and we do not have sidewalks. The street was not designed to have additional traffic. People already used Feeney as throughs street and many speed through that street already. It would be dangerous for children and walkers.

I am opposed to a business at the corner of Fenwick and streets 30 that plans on using our subdivion as an entrance and outlet. We are a residential area with families using our streets for biking and walking baby strollers and children playing . It would be a terrible idea , since we have no sidewalks for children or adults.

I am opposed to an entrance off of Peerless because it is a residential area. Our streets are used by bike riders and children because we have no sidewalks or curbs. Being a long time residential of Peerless , it would be a shame to have streets that part of streets 30. The entrance and exit needs to be facing streets 30 not our residential street.

Traffic on Peerless is bad enough! Getting out onto Renwick is impossible where cars block the entrance to Peerless and they want to put an exit from the retail stores there as well? No upgrading Peerless Street from the narrow road it is now and a narrow entrance into the neighborhood, to a wider street to handle more traffic! What trucks will try to turn into that narrow Peerless St. to make their deliveries! Turning off of Rt.30 onto Renwick Rd. then expect to turn onto Peerless St. is an accident waiting to happen! I was given warning by a Will County Sherriff back in May of it being illegal to make a left turn onto Peerless St. because of the double yellow lines. Another problem is the exit close to Rt.30 on Renwick Rd., The same exit where the old carwash came out. That was a problem when cars came out after the carwash. You'll have cars going across two lanes to get into the turn lane, or worse yet, wanting to go west on Renwick Rd. Who, if anyone, looked at the traffic flow!
