Would like to see it given to her rent free! The space would be used and our residents would benefit.

Both of my children continue to benefit from Heather's gift as a teacher. In two months, Bella has gone from a hesitation and almost fear of reading to a beaming glow when she actually reads the book that Heather sent home with her. As a community, we are blessed to have a preschool teacher of her caliber.

shame on anyone who would prevent Ms Heather's exceptional children's program! she offers so much for our community, and should absolutely be allowed to utilize our children's room.

Heather provides an amazing opportunity for our kids to learn in a small group environment, as well as tap into their creative side. My kids love attending her Art & Creative writing program. She is such an amazing teacher who makes each child feel special. She's a huge asset to this neighborhood. It's absurd to think she wouldn't be allowed to rent space in the kids room and meeting house, mostly during times that these spaces sit vacant, especially since she lives here and her classes are open to everyone. I support her as do the majority of our neighbors. What she provides (love, education, support) cannot easily be found elsewhere, especially in after school programs. If we were to lose her programs, it would be a huge detriment to the community as well as our kids. I fully support Heather and this petition!

I believe that this "decision" should be handled more democratically by taking in to account the "Voice of the People". Heather has taught all of my children over the course of the last 8 years. Heather Langley's programs positively impact this community. It is absurd to think that you are declining rent money when the economic balance sheet is in the current state. Not to mention that our dues basically should HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THIS SPACE. I would be interested to know, Mr. Hasaka, how long the toddler room sat empty earning $0 prior to Callie Royer teaching a dance class.
I fully support not only Heather but other Reunion residents running their businesses utilizing Reunion's meeting house. These types of services are what sold me in the neighborhood. I find it very disheartening that neighbors are trying to block other neighbors from providing services to our community regardless of whether it is run out of their homes or using Reunion's facilities. So many people's livelihood relies on running cost-effective businesses out of their home or neighborhoods while providing much needed services to the community at large.

My son attended preschool with Ms. Heather and she is amazing. She is not only well known in the Hall County schools, but at Buford Elementary as well. When Ms. Heather's preschool is mentioned by prospective parents, it is known that the child has been well prepared and is most likely advanced. The kids love going to Ms. Heather's and they don't even realize they are learning, because they are having so much fun. If she would open a school for higher grades, parent's of previous students would be knocking the doors down to get in. She is amazing and it would be a shame to deny the children and parents of Reunion the incredible opportunity of allowing Ms.Heather to continue to teach in the neighborhood. Whoever filed this complaint has obviously never had a child in the wonderful classes that are taught by Heather. I join this petition to let Ms. Heather continue to share her gifts with the children in Reunion. We have something great right here in our own backyard that benefits many in Reunion. Please read the comments and do what is in the best interest of the the present and future children in Reunion.

As a fellow teacher (with a Master's and Specialist's degree in teaching) and a parent to one of the four year olds in her class, I am quite impressed with the level of instruction Miss Heather has provided with her preschoolers. Her expectations are VERY high which is why her reputation is so good because her students have excelled even in my school system (Buford City) getting into the enrichment Kindergarten class and having many teachers talk about how her program is very rigorous and creative. Reunion is a neighborhood that is known for their sense of community and small town feel that it would only make sense to let her utilize the meeting house as a classroom. Her reputation has made it all the way from Braselton to Buford just from talk around town that I have witnessed. The work and art projects that have been coming home has impressed me (along with some of the things my son have shared that he has learned that amazed me as well) and has made me even reevaluate how I teach. If she is forced out of the neighborhood that would put me in a bind since I am a working mom I have my parents drive from Jefferson to drop my child off at her school. If she had to go elsewhere it sounds like it would be a longer drive and all of the good preschool programs are full and it would force my child to not have a place in a good quality pre-k program. I contacted her almost 2 years ago to get on her waiting list when I heard about her program in my school system. Reunion would miss out on such a great opportunity. Please reconsider. Everytime my friends ask where my son goes to school I mention your neighborhood. I have heard great things about her program via your hood and the kids' golf team that it has made me even reconsider moving into such a great community. Utilizing the meeting house would gain the neighborhood money and only make sense at this point. Thank you for your reconsideration.
