There has been a water outage in my flat since yesterday, and the taps are dry, not a drop. This is serious. How are we supposed to go on with our daily lives? Shower, wash our face, brush our teeth, do the dishes, do the laundry, or even drink? If there was a water outage from the supplier we should’ve been informed, in order to stock up, at least. This isn’t the only problem we faced since we moved in, in August, and that’s only 3 months.

Also one of the biggest reasons we rented this flat at this price was because of the AC. We knew we would have a baby that needed a cool environment to reduce the risk of SIDS. Needless to say the AC hasn’t been working for 6 months now. Not what we paid for.

The life in Wem tower was crazy (not in a good way), all if the residents have been complaining about A/C problems and leaking problems, on top of that the water cut out and lifts have problems as well

I am signing this petition to express my profound concern and growing frustration regarding the ongoing water supply issues in my apartment. On October 26, 2023, I endured a complete outage of more than 12 hours of water supply in my flat, which was not only unacceptable but also extremely inconvenient.
This incident is just one of many problems I've encountered with the property's maintenance. While I have demonstrated patience and understanding in the past, the extended lack of essential utilities has stretched my tolerance to its limits.
I respectfully request a refund of 20% of this month's rent as compensation for the considerable inconvenience caused by the water outage.
I firmly believe that addressing these concerns promptly is in the best interest of all parties involved. I eagerly anticipate a swift resolution to ensure a more pleasant living environment for all residents.

Since 10 pm on Oct 26th until now 9 30 am 27 of Oct the is no water on 18 floor apartment 16th.
