The conditions of the East Broadway Subway station is deplorable and unsafe with an escalator that is breaks all the time,rats, and crumbling infrastructure. this station is used by a very large population. Please make the renovation of this subway a priority.

This station is very run down and the PA system is inaudible. It nees a thorough cleaning and the rats are just getting bigger and more brazen.The escaltors has been out of commision and we need another escalator or elevator. This station is DANGEROUS and a hazard to our health. Please survey and make the needed improvements. This is a station that is overused by people who navigate with the various bus companies in the neighborhoods. Come and see for yourself. Thanks for your attention to this very important station.

East Broadway subway stop is dangerous as it is. Construction has made platforms too narrow and this has been going on for over a year.

I am so glad this is being addressed. This subway is degrading. Also, the escalator must be repaired immediately. There is a large population of older citizens here, and there are 80! steps to clilmb. I have photos of the disgusting conditions if they can be of use..

The East Broadway station complex is in desperate need of a renovation. This station is the primary source of public transportation for a large section of the Lower East Side and Chinatown .
