The Get Down is one of the best series I have ever watched and I've watched many. The attachment to the character and storyline was amazing. I'm so sad that it's cancelled

I love The Get Down. I remember watching the get down for the first in my church family (secondary family) and Instantly loved it. I was so heartbroken when I heard the get down was cancel. It was bad enough I didn't watch Netflix as much as I used too and THIS!?! But they want to keep Dear, White People on the maps (and yes I watched the entire 1st season and it sucks. Especially not funny). NETFLIX, you need to get your priorities straight because you messing all the up lately. And one way to redo that for me and many others is to RENEW THE GET DOWN!!!!!!!

It's plain amazing. And the talent behind this production is incredible. No way you get to say this is too expensive when that crappy Marco Polo show got two seasons.

this show is exactly what the world needs. Through the culture of music, art, community, family and the spirit of creation of yourself to reach higher, its magnificently representing the beauty and power of Hip Hop not just at its birth. But of its enduring force that can not be extinguished.
Please bring back the Get Down w/ a director that has the time, the dedication, and the love to carry on what Baz began. We needs this. Thank you.
