Such an amazing show with a great plot, caracters, actors, cinematography and music. It has educated me so much on hip-hop, as it has for many others. Its bright colours are so very welcome amongst today's repetitve dark, grey shows. It's made me feel SO much! I believe that I speak for many poeple, but it would make me so happy to see this brought back to life for a second season.

This show is hugely important; from the diversity of it's cast and characters to the intense educational content to the sheer artistry of it's cinematography, costumes and location. I consider it the best show I've ever seen, and believe it to be of the highest caliber. The writing is witty, poignant, intelligent, and real.

This show is a masterpiece, and it definitely deserves more recognition than what it is getting. It has fantastic representation for people of colour and the LGBT+ community, both of which need undying support.

Please please PLEASE renew The Get Down! It has some of the best representation for poc compared to most tv shows that have very little, plus the story line is amazing, set and design is amazing, the characters are amazing, and the music is amazing - everything is amazing.
