This needs to get back on netflix, it was so different! And they want to renew 13 reasons why, which has triggered suicidal tendencies ever since it was released, not to mention the story line is already reached it's end, no reason to drag it out ??!!. The Get down has better production and the overall message of not giving up on your dreams....

The Get Down is a fantastic and unique show made by incredibly talented people. It's the first show of its kind featuring an all black/Hispanic cast that's available on a mainstream western TV streaming site like Netflix and that's SO important! This visibility and representation is IMPORTANT! The history and lessons that this show teaches is IMPORTANT and it needs to keep happening! There are so many of us out here that love the get down, refund it, renew it, make more, I promise we will watch it and continue to love and support it. Thank you, Eva - Wellington, New Zealand.
