I am currently a player for the Freeze 18u and this program has not only prepared me for college softball, but also given me great life skills. Where i have grown the most throughout the years is at the fairgrounds and taking that opportunity away from so many players, including myself, would not be right. Please renew this permit!!!

The Freeze Organization has been a positive influence on young children for a number of years. "The Barn" at the fairgrounds has been an iconic place for the Freeze and provides our children with a safe environment to learn the game of baseball and softball while fostering good moral values and how to work in a team environment.

I have been a player for the Fauquier Freeze Organization for 6 years and the fairgrounds have been a huge part of my softball career throughout the years. Without the fairgrounds I wouldn't be as good of a ballplayer as I am today and I'm sure the other kids that use this facility will feel and do feel the same way. Please do not take this away from us.

My name is Ella and i'm a member of the 16u Fauquier Freeze team. Since the age of 10 and much before, my team and the Freeze organization has used the fair grounds as a training facility to better our skills and improve over the off season in the winter months and, because of this training, it has allowed our team and the organization thrive and grow to be the best it can be to represent Fauquier. Since the fair grounds go unused all winter long, I don't see the problem with letting our organization both boys and girls train here. It would only be a detriment as we do our best to represent the county when we travel throughout the states...

This organization offers opportunities for competitive organized sports (softball and basebase) for kids in Fauquier and surrounding counties. My daughter played with this organization for 9 years and was recruited and now plays softball at the college level.
