The ability for the Freeze organization to continue use of the the Fairgrounds facilities promotes teamwork, community and friendships among our youth, please renew the permit to support our youth!

Please renew the Fauquier Fairgrounds permit for the Freeze organization. My family has been with the Freeze organization for 4 years. The use of the fairground facility maintains and enhances the players’ skills throughout the winter. Colleges hold many of their “Player Prospect” camps during the off season, which our players attend. The winter practice sessions keeps our high school aged girls’ skills sharp as they are evaluated by college coaches during these camps. All of the girls on our team play on their high school softball teams which the winter practices at the Fairgrounds facility have them well prepared for their upcoming high school season. Lastly, a majority of the players throughout the years have done volunteer work within Fauquier County, even those players that live outside of Fauquier County, as team and character building exercises. Please renew the permit. Fauquier County is well represented by the Freeze organization and its coaches/players when the team travels to area cities and other states.

As a grand parent that has observed the Fauquier Freeze Organization on numerous occasions I can honestly state that they provide positive growth, advancement & fu opportunities for the players. Please renew Fairgrounds Facility Use Permit.

I don't understand why the Board of Supervisors want to take away a safe place for these young people to practice and to hold fundraisers.

I have been involved with youth baseball/softball for nearly 25 years. This organization is the best I've seen in that 25 years. It would be a shame to warch this organization move out of county possibly.

As current president of the Falcon Boosters Club at Fauquier High School , I ask the board to please approve the special permit for the Fauquier Fairgrounds. This facility is used by many organizations for special events. Many non-profit clubs use the fairground to benifits our local student/citizens with their education. Thank you.

Please consider renewing the permit as this is a valuable facility to ensuring both softball and baseball players of our community continue to grow and become assets to Fauquier and surrounding counties. Both of my boys depend on this facility for winter conditioning. Please consider renewing the permit so that the community can continue to enjoy the benefits.

I grew up using the Fair Grounds and it's a wonderful place for girls to work and practice at the game they love!

There are fewer and fewer places kids can go every year. Please renew this permit so we can continue to use this great facility.

Please allow organizations to use the Fairgrounds as this provides our youth a place year round to continue to develop and achieve their highest potential in life. The commitment to sports is a commitment to life.

Our kids are already losing so much with the new regime.. please don't take this too.
