UpToDate is the Only Clinical Decision Support Resource Associated with Improved Outcomes.
More than 80 research studies confirm the widespread usage of UpToDate and its association with improved patient care and hospital performance.
In 2011, researchers at Harvard University published a compelling study confirming that the use of UpToDate over a three year period was associated with:
- Improved quality of every condition on the Hospital Quality Alliance Metrics
- Shorter lengths of stay (372,000 hospital days saved per year)
- Lower mortality rates (saving 11,500 lives per three year period)

The silence from the administration is becoming impossible to ignore despite the clear evidence of how this resource impacts patient outcomes. I am still pushing for a formal response because our clinical standards should not be up for debate.

Seeing this level of support reminds me that we are right to demand better tools for our patients despite the resistance we hit daily. It is exhausting to fight for resources that should be standard but I am not walking away from this now.

Uptodate is very precise, updated evidance readily available. Please continue subscribing for the benefit of student!
uptodate is a very good source of information in medical science..n almost everyday i search for medical knowledge thru uptodate..it s very unfortunate if it is discontinued..
Uptodate is very important as a source of latest uptodate referrence .we need it so much
Uptodate really helps to improve my knowledge and practice in term of patients management
