One hundred signatures is actually kind of wild to look at because I really just started this on a whim while staring at the screen after the season finale ended. I honestly thought it would just be me and maybe my roommate clicking the button so this feels pretty surreal even if it is just a small start.

I just refreshed the page and saw we actually hit one thousand signatures which is just wild because I honestly started this while waiting for my coffee to brew. Some of you have been here since the literal beginning and I keep reading through the comments because it makes me feel like maybe we actually have a shot at getting this show back on air.

I really cannot believe how fast this is moving and honestly my coffee is cold now because I have been staring at the screen for an hour. It is wild to see so many people who actually care about these characters as much as I do so thank you for sticking with me while we try to save this show.

For people like me who enjoy a well-written drama, there aren't many options on network TV anymore. I looked forward to watching The Village each week - only to find out NBC canceled it. I hope a different network will give it another chance.
Please save this heartwarming show. It needs a fair shake. Even with time slot shifts & little promotion, the audience level didn't drop. Just think what it could be if you would have promoted it and keep it in a permanent time slot so others could find it.
Please renew The Village! It’s a unique, wholesome, family friendly show that was for for all ages. Just look at the following it as on the user made FB group - The Village NBC - and how many people it brought together every week - our own “village”.
This show had everything good about people! We need this type of writing in our society, especially now when we live in a world of hate and killing! Itus unfortunate shows like this don't survive but o es that show violence, hatred and killing stay on!
A great show & a great cast ! Helped promote good healthy family discussions on everyday life & how to deal with many subjects in life. Cancer,Teen pregnancy,adoption, immigration & PTSD just to name a few. Hoping NBC will reconsider their decision !

At a time when America so desperately needs this kind of programming with its compassion building storylines, it gets cancelled. How about moving it to a different day and time to improve viewership? Why waste a quality ‘This is us’ type of drama this network is becoming known for? If NBC won’t continue the show, how about releasing rights to it to another network and let them run with it? What a waste! I understand you need the numbers, but being left with Superstore type options, I’d rather, and do - turn off the tv all together.

What a wonderful show. real life of families, neighbors & friends of someone we can relate to. Listen to your viewers, not your ratings machine, especially you put up against Super Bowl & March Madness. That is not a fair way to rate shows.
