In the first season on speechless, I remember seeing some of the members of JJ’s sled hockey team. I had to pause the show and I screamed through the house “I have never seen these different kinds of people on TV before!!!” It was amazing. Speechless is an incredible, unique show that talks about disability and is funny! It is one of a kind, and provides the world with more perspective while being incredibly entertaining. Taking this show off the air would be removing that representation, and that’s not the direction I want our world to move in. Please keep it on TV!

As a family with a child with special needs, this was the one show that we all gathered to watch. We looked forward to it. TV is saturated with “reality” television...and it truly is garbage. This was a gem. We are heartbroken.
