I loved this show from day one and don't think it ever got the treatment it deserved. Hoping if Spike is done with it that it will be picked up by one of the streaming services. Definitely still has potential to be an amazing show if given the resources a proper fantasy show needs and proper promotion. I myself first learned of it from an ad run during the premiere of Shadowhunters (a terrible adaptation of an excellent YA fantasy book series), so no surprise most people I know heard of Shannara from me. It has been under-promoted from the start, as was the move to Spike.

I never watched Season 2 as I was not aware it had moved to a different station. My niece and I were just talking about how excited we are for season 2 to finally air when I happened across a notice that it was cancelled by Spike. No wonder the ratings were horrid - no one knew the show was back on! Please bring it back!

Wow! I’m not one to go out of my way to share my thoughts on a show nor even care to watch a television series. But, The Shannara Chronicles is absolutely amazing, at least to me. Consider myself a huge fan! I have high hopes that this will be continued because it definitely should. Especially, after what happened at the end of season two because I cannot stop thinking about what’s next. But that’s not all, this show truly got me into the story and as a viewer, the storyline is my main focus and it’s just so incredibly inimitable. As a fan, I hope that this adventure will continue, and I’ll do whatever it takes on my part to make even the slightest impact on it.
