I am very disappointed that members of TREB will be losing access to GeoWarehouse which is a very crucial tool that is used daily for in our business. With all the other real estate boards who have chosen to renew their contract with GeoWarehouse, why does TREB feel that we as agents who pay a fefty fee to be apart of our board I might add, feel we no longer require this tool? I think it's a large disservice that you will be putting upon us especially in a market when access to information is crucial when dealing with clients. I think that the decision should have at least taken into consideration the thoughts and concerns of the all its members. I ask you to reconsider your decision, so realtors, such as I can continue to represent our clients without compromising service and valuable information.

Eliminating access to GeoWarehouse prevents Realtors from doing an essential part of the due diligence process and makes them look less qualified in what they do!

the use of Geo Warehouse is part of the service we pay through our dues and is an extremely important tool used when taking a listing or working with a buyer I am totally opposed to TREB terminating the relationship with Geo Warehouse

If it is not about the money, then, what is it? Politics? GeoWarehouse is a tool that enables us, Realtors, to ensure we do due diligence and protect our clients, now. Taking it away and introducing another product that may work properly down the road is unacceptable. Please rethink your decision. Thank you!

Geowarehouse is a nessessity gor realtors. we can not do our due diligence without it. we pay so much money yearly and we should be able be able to have it free of charge. this is ridiculous

Eliminating this for an inferior service is ignorant. I perform due diligence on the system every day, now, only to be presented with an inferior option in the hopes it will get better. Just like Stratus on the ipad. Useless.
