I rely on Geo, for me transaction outside of GTA requires the quick land registry information. I just renewed with TREB and was on aware if this change, if it's $15 a month, that is the best $15 a TREB member could spend. Not to mention a pro rated system for other fees would be reasonable.

We need all the tools possible to do our jobs accurate . I feel we lost a key tool instead of going forward we went backwards. We as realtors need to know proper land titles and be able to search by names of potential clients. As well why would we go to a second provider when MPAC relays on alternate to get their information it makes nonsense. Hope we get Geowarehouse/ Teranet Back and soon.

We pay you The Toronto Real Estate Board to serve us, and you have the nerve to take away Land Registry System and leave us with a useless service like MPAC...I demand for myself as well of all the other members of TREB that you bring back the Land Registry System, we are paying you. Without us paying members you would not have a job. You are supposed to be working on our behalf, and make our job easier, not more difficult.

This was a vital tool for ALL real estate professionals. Our annual fees are supposed to provide us with services & tools to aid in our buisness not take away from it. Are our annual fees now being reduced as a result of dropping geowarehouse given that TREB is now saving money at the cost of its professionslas?
