I've lived in Evanston 52 years and at Optima Towers for 17 years. I'm an AVID ENVIRONMENTALIST against excess consumption. I love this area with easy access to the CTA, Pace, Metra transit, the library, NU, the lake, the Unitarian Church, and its trees and flowers.
