If you are determined to change the name then change it to something respectable like the original name of the Binghamton baseball the "Triple City Triplets" this was the name of our AA team when we had the Yankees and played on Johnson Field. or for a new name try the "Parlor City Historian" something that truly honors the great history of the parlor city.

I understand the reasoning for changing it.. But the options that were given disgust me they're so terrible. I will NEVER support a team named the "stud muffins" or anything else as ridiculous as that.

Just take a step back and just look, really look at the names.. if your not going to come up with a viable and suitable name or group of names, then just keep it the same. This Baseball team has been a representation of this town, no meter the attendance fluctuations. People need something they can be proud of not chuckle about when they have watercooler talk about what they did on there weekend off with there family, and can't finish the story because they can't stop laughing about the name of the team. People are already proud of the name, if your going to change why not from the teams past, or something that's going to be incouraging and adds to the growth of the city and it's long time residents. Idk just a thought.
