Even though I wasn’t a student in his section Mr. Rosa always strives to help me in whatever way possible whether it be helping me practice difficult pieces or just simply giving me advice. He was easily the best director I ever met and deserves to have his hard work recognized.

Mr. Rosa was very inspirational to not only my two percussion children Jacob and Angela but also to Jeremiah who played tuba and cornet and was in the loading crew and Selina who played clarinet and was on flag team. This is truly an ideal gesture for and iconic man who was not only a director but life mentor to all who crossed his path.
