This is a great idea. It's definitely an embarrassment that Boston has a park named after Columbus, and Menino will be remembered warmly forever. This is a win-win.

As a former North End resident and Boston World Partnerships ambassador, I wish I could sign this about 50 times. I fully support this idea and think it's absolutely perfect. Great job getting this petition out there!

Mayor Menino helped the city so much and was a legend, christipher columbus lead a genocide in the west indies. A no brainer.
