All these senseless shootings an deaths by police r getting ridiculous this is crazy. Someone needs to do something about this. Its not serve n protect in this county. Butte County dont go by laws they make their own. "Constitutional Rights" there is none here! JUSTICE NEEDS TO BE DONE! WE HAVE RIGHTS! Supreme Court needs to step in here. Or someone! He has no room as a DA and has seemed to be corrupt for a long time. As a military member the last thing that paradise police officer should of done was draw his weapon and actually fire it. It was not "accidental". Under any circumstance was anyone a threat. The fact that Ramsey let him off free shows the shady man he is.

I grew up in Butte County, Mike Ramsey was the DA for as long as I knew of such things. There were always stories of his behavior, especially with drug use which was ironic considering how many people he locked up for minor possession. He is corrupt, this shooting should have been charged. There was NO REASON for the officer to have a drawn weapon in that situation, let alone fire it and wait 11 minutes to report a gun shot wound. This is lunacy.
