Its truly unbelievable our district attorney would choose his own perspective of an atemted murder because its a police officer .our constitution is all is given due process .the officer felt he had the power and the end of a barrell to be judge jury and exicutioner stop the corruption we have enough i$ues in society call it what it is charge the officer and let his peers decide if hes innocenr.

He's been DA longer than anyone in ca. It's time for a change our county obviously needs it letting a cop get away with just straight shooting suspect video does not show it being accidental at all. Cops like that is why cops scare me not make me feel protected

It's time to remove the good ol'boys from Butte County. There is no justification for for bringing AR 15's to a suicide call. There's no justification for shooting a person who has just been in a car accident.
