It all started Dec 1, 2017 on a friday my son came home and told me there was an accident at school and that he needed use my cell phone to check up on his friend. Well me and my son didn't think nothing much of it and didn't know the seriousness of the situation. A Uhrichsville police officer showed up and told me my son was being arrested for an incident at school. I told the officer I'm well aware of the situation and why is my son being arrested if it was an accident. He said well your sons probation officer Ben Penrod said he didn't feel it was an accident base on the picture of the the student in the hospital. Dec 4th came, went to court my son had still not been charge with anything I kept calling the police station and they were acting dumb founded like they didn't know what was going on. By 7th my son had been charge with assault. Went to court on the 12th and my son denied the charge. On Dec 14th i had got court papers in the mail stating i had to be at court at 1:oo just got my mail at 12;00. I rush off to the courts my son wasn't there, my sons public defender had cancel so he can have better time to prepared understandable . Court Dec 11, at 9.00 prosecutor agree with the public defender to drop it down to a disorderly conduct my son accepted that even though he did not do purposely on what the state prosecutor and probation department was accusing him of. Earlier in this circus of a mess the probation department was passing around the video from the school like they were video detectives. How do i know this, some of my sons friends was over hearing them talk on the way back from the court to drop them off at the juvenile center saying he did it, wanting the kids to take the bate on talking about another juvenile case. But those kids didn't take the bate but reported it back to my son about what they where doing. I went for missing school and I will be 18 in 2 1/2 months and my mom hasn't had power since January so the only place I could stay and still go to school was my sons fathers house with his parents and she told me I had to go back to my mothers house and my mother still doesn't have power and won't be getting power as she plans on going to Florida this month she told me I had to move or she was putting me in foster care until I was 18 and she was taking my son and putting him in foster care too and I would never see him again she said I was a bad mother for living with my sons father and his parents and not my mother yet my mother doesn't have power and she wants me to move in with my mother even tho she has no power or she is taking me and my son and my mother tried to tell her tht she gave me permission to live with my bf and Linda Kate did not care Still told me I had to move in with my mom

Being in that courtroom, alone with that woman screaming at me, threatening me, and insulting me really amazed me. I never got to say anything at all because she kept up for the ENTIRE time. This is our FIRST meeting. I am also getting a transcript because if you haven't experienced it it is impossible to describe, The word-for word would shock pretty much any normal individual. I have heard that she "does that to all the parents". And yet people have tolerated that as she jerks them children around? Put your cases together people and aim for the Attorney General's office.
