I have been a fan of the MTV "reality" show "Teen Mom" since it was spun off of "16 and Pregnant" last year. I understand that being a teen mother is hard, especially when you do not get all of the help you could use from the child's father, your family, etc. However, that does not give you the right to constently abuse your child's father, as Amber does in every episode. Amber not only verbally abuses Gary, she also physically abuses Gary, in front of her child, with no repercussions. She is neglectful of her child as well, leaving sharp objectives, such as knives, in the child's reach. I am truly horrified that the network would put such violence on the television and then only address the issue in a sit down with Dr. Drew. Domestic violence and child neglect is a serious issue and I believe Amber needs to be removed the show.
