Remove the Brown Spot
Since the removal of the defective elm tree from Tompkins Square Park last year, the stones that surrounded it look out of place.
We petition the Parks Department to remove the unnecessary stones and make a circle around the remaining tree, instead of an oval around it and a brown spot on the ground.
