Our national flag is given as much respect by as the Bhutanese state and the head of state. And as per Code of conduct of Bhutan National flag
" no other flags must be placed higher than the Bhutanese flag, the flag cannot be used as a cover or drape and the flag must not touch the ground. Other provisions include prohibitions on including the design in other objects or in a logo"
It was another wake-up call for us. In our #sovereign country, it's disheartening and dangerous to see people play like that.

How come they modify our national flag? Government should track the person who did this and should be dealt as per our law in the kingdom.
