It is exactly the wrong response, and dangerous and ugly to boot. Remove them as a signal to the community that this is understood and that you're/we're interested and engaged in real solutions to rising tide of people experiencing homelessness in this city. Versus pigeon spikes for people.

Mayor Faulconer's FY-2017 Budget includes $2.4 million for 18 Santitation Workers + 1 Large Truck Driver + 2 Prosecuting City Attorney Positions to harass the Homeless. Remove these barbaric rocks before a child falls on them! These were put there with the intent to do harm!
