Seeing this kind of movement confirms that so many of you want the same transparency I do. We are finally proving that the conversation in Parliament ignored the reality of what the public actually wants.

I cannot wear sunnies or a full face helmet in the bank or when I upgrade my licence. But these creeps can wear a full face covering.
It is to be banned for security reasons in public places, as a protest against unduly male influence over women and to reduce child abuse which is forcing young female children into this archaic custom one way or another.
Totally agree. ban it. There is no place in our society for it to be worn, apart from their breeding grounds and place of worship

The Burka is NOT a Religious requirement, but it is a significant security risk, to average Australians! It needs to go! along with Halal Tax and Sharia Law! We have one law here in Australia, it should apply to EVERYONE!

if a helmet cannot be worn in places that consider this a security threat how is this not the same
